We’ll explore the world of caviar with the help of an exceptional line up of chefs and caviar experts. Join us on voyages of discovery and expand your knowledge of caviar.
We have three event packages which we will gladly tailor to your individual needs.
Package 1
Private Caviar Tasting Experience
1½-2 hours.
For you and up to 7 friends

In your own home. This classic tasting will involve a selection of caviars, paired with sparkling Champagnes and ice-cold Vodkas. An ideal start to a dinner party, this will be an evening your guests will not forget.
Package 2
The Caviar & Champagne Experience
1½ hours, to however long you wish
For you and up to 7 friends

A fairly dangerous prospect as this deals with our very favourite subject. Caviar takes a long time to manufacture and therefore a long time to explain. Obviously this means we need a number of different caviars to eat while we are explaining it! Prices vary depending on what level you wish to taste at. The price above is for a standard package featuring three different caviars and two vintage champagnes.
Package 3
The Ultimate Caviar Tasting Experience
A series of four 1½-2 hour sessions.

These sessions will give you a great introduction to caviar appreciation and knowledge – our tutor will give you all the information you want about caviar, whilst tasting a range of products to put the theory into practice. Subjects and tastings that can be covered include: Care of Caviar, Making Caviar, Caviar Faults, Matching Caviar Food & Wine, Classic Caviar Varieties, Old World vs. New World, Russia vs. Rest of World.
