· Stracciatella cheese (the creamy inside of burrata) - one container.
· Ripe cherry tomatoes - a handful, halved.
· Peppery greens - arugula or watercress work best.
· Good caviar - one small jar. Salmon roe works fine if you want to spend less.
· Good olive oil.
· Lemon - half is enough.
· Flaky sea salt.
