METHOD
1. Prepare the cooked rice and mold it into a round shape using a ring mold or by hand on a serving plate.
2. Drizzle a small amount of the soy sauce mixture over the rice for added flavor.
3. Finely chop the fresh herbs and sprinkle them on top of the rice.
4. Gently spoon the caviar on top of the rice, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
5. Add a small spoonful of red flying fish roe on top as a decorative touch.
6. Garnish the dish with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of additional herbs if desired.
7. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors.
