Mini Blini with Cream Cheese With Herbs and Caviar

INGREDIENTS

Small blinis or pancakes
Cream cheese
Garlic, finely minced
Fresh green herbs (such as dill or parsley), chopped
Royal Oscietra Caviar
Spring onions, finely sliced

METHOD

1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture. Mix the cream cheese with the minced garlic and chopped green herbs until well combined.

2. Assemble the blinis. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of each blini.

3. Add the caviar. Place a small spoonful of caviar on top of the cream cheese layer Garnish.

4. Sprinkle with finely sliced spring onions on top.

5. Serve. Enjoy immediately as an elegant appetizer or snack.
